Solution 

You need to add this website to the white list category  by using custom categories refer the below link

How to allow specific website though category

Access the SafeSquid interface 

Go to configure page 

Access custom categories 

then search for that website, add that to white list category 

Then check the default entry in access profiles, for BY PASS TEXT FILTER
